Quick Fry & Oven Friendly
Deep fry frozen fillets at 350°F (175°C) for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. No thawing needed. For a lighter option, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping once, or air-fry at 380°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes. The coating stays crispy using any method. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Never refreeze after thawing. From freezer to plate in under 15 minutes.
