Products Description
Vegetable-Enhanced Chicken Blend
Our pastoral chicken patty combines ground chicken with finely diced carrots, corn kernels, green peas, and chopped green beans. The vegetable content is approximately 25% of the total weight. This blend provides natural sweetness and moisture, reducing the need for added fats or binders. The vegetables remain visible as distinct orange, yellow, and green specks throughout the patty.

Mild Herb & Onion Seasoning
The patty is seasoned with dried parsley, thyme, white pepper, onion powder, and a small amount of garlic. No chili or spicy elements are included, making the flavor profile suitable for children and adults who prefer mild food. The herb notes are subtle rather than dominant. Salt level is kept moderate to allow pairing with sauces or buns without becoming too salty.
Premium Chicken Meat Source
The ground chicken is sourced from breast and thigh trimmings of young, grain-fed birds. Only meat from the pectoral and leg regions is used – no mechanically separated chicken or skin emulsions are added. The raw meat is ground twice through a 6mm plate for consistent texture. Each production batch is tested for bacterial counts and antibiotic residues. No frozen imported chicken is used as raw material.

Cooking from Frozen or Thawed
Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below. Patties can be cooked directly from frozen without thawing. For pan-frying: heat a lightly oiled skillet to medium heat (180°C / 355°F), cook frozen patty for 4–5 minutes per side. For oven baking: preheat to 200°C (400°F), bake frozen patties on a tray for 12–15 minutes, flipping once. If thawed first, reduce cooking time by approximately 2 minutes per side. Internal temperature must reach 74°C (165°F).
Texture & Visual Appearance
When cooked, the exterior becomes golden brown with visible vegetable pieces protruding from the surface. The interior remains moist and slightly crumbly, not dense or rubbery. Green bean pieces retain a small amount of crunch. Carrots and corn soften but keep their shape. The patty does not shrink significantly during cooking – diameter reduction is approximately 5%. No pink spots should remain in the center when properly cooked.
